Are you a skilled Sales Marketer with a passion for (online) growth? Do you want to help launch Villa successfully? Then we have the perfect challenge for you! We are looking for a Sales Marketer who can help us reach our target audiences through platforms, partners, and smart marketing campaigns.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Optimizing sales through the strategic use of our own sales channels and those of partners (such as reseller platforms).

  • Boosting brand awareness and ticket sales among local, national, and international audiences by connecting with partners in the city and beyond.

  • Developing and improving (online) marketing campaigns that directly contribute to sales.

  • Analyzing campaign and website performance using data and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing software.

  • Maximizing revenue by implementing smart cross-sell and upsell strategies.

  • Monitoring and optimizing effectiveness to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Ensuring a consistent and optimal brand experience in close collaboration with colleagues.

What do you bring?

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales marketing, preferably within the cultural or tourism sector
    Higher professional education (HBO/University level) working and thinking level.

  • A relevant network in Amsterdam; you’re a natural connector and born networker.

  • Knowledge of online marketing.

  • Experience with conversion optimization and improving the customer journey.

  • Skills in data analysis and translating insights into concrete action points.

  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a hands-on mentality.

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English.

  • A flexible mindset (not a 9-to-5 mentality) and plenty of enthusiasm to improve our visibility and performance.

  • Living in or around Amsterdam is a must.
