Junior/ Medior Project & Facilities employee

As a Junior/ Medior Project & Facilities Employee, you are a hands-on problem-solver who thrives on variety and responsibility. You easily switch between diverse tasks and small projects — from solving practical issues like a Wi-Fi outage to supporting large-scale productions such as the opening event or exhibition installations.
Start: As soon as possible
Working days: 3 days per week
What will you do?
Organise and carry out various small projects and practical tasks
Support the production of events, such as special evening openings
Assist with the installation and setup of exhibitions
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational and technical issues within the museum
Contribute to the development and execution of a merchandise line for the museum shop and webshop
Liaise with various team members and external suppliers
What do you bring?
Some work experience in a comparable all-round or support role
A proactive, hands-on attitude and a keen eye for detail
The ability to plan and keep oversight across multiple tasks and projects
Technical skills and the ability to solve practical problems efficiently
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
Affinity with art, culture, and audience experience
