Are you an organisational talent with a passion for art and culture? Would you like to intern at a dynamic organisation and contribute to the launch of a new museum in the heart of Amsterdam? This is your chance!
Villa is looking for a Programming & Production Intern who’s ready to help shape our programme and support the realisation of exhibitions and events from day one.
Start: September/ October
Duration: 3–6 months
Working days: 3–5 days per week
What will you do?
Support the team in preparing and executing exhibitions, performances, talks, and other public activities.
Assist in organising production processes, including schedules, technical preparations, and planning.
Maintain contact with artists, speakers, technicians, and other collaborators.
Handle practical and logistical tasks leading up to and during public programmes.
Contribute ideas for the public programme and actively make suggestions.
What do you bring?
You are currently enrolled in a relevant programme in the fields of art, culture, events, production, or project management.
You have an affinity with contemporary art, culture, and entertainment.
You are structured, proactive, and hands-on.
You are skilled in planning and able to juggle multiple tasks.
You can work independently but are also a real team player.
You have a good command of the English language.
You are flexible and preferably live in or near Amsterdam.
